Progress in motion means making your life as a homeowner easier.
Whether you’re currently working with another management company, or you’re new to hiring a property manager, transitioning into Tidewater’s management is easy. We’re here to make sure that serving on your Board of Directors isn’t a painful experience that leaves you pulling your hair out. You’ll keep the decision-making power in your community, while giving up all the stress and headaches to us. Let us do the hard part!
Why do I need a Community Manager?
Overseeing all elements in your community is a full-time job that can put a lot of stress on you and your fellow board members. As a board member, you serve your community voluntarily, and you most likely have other daily commitments outside of your HOA or COA association. Although you’re passionate about caring for your community, there are seldom enough hours in the day to dedicate to Board work.
Tidewater eases the burden of work for your Board of Directors, and acts as a voice for your residents and the Board. Our job is to carry out your decisions, put Progress in Motion, and make you (the Board of Directors) look good.
