Why do I need a Community Manager?

Overseeing all elements in your community is a full-time job that can put a lot of stress on you and your fellow board members. As a board member, you serve your community voluntarily, and you most likely have other daily commitments outside of your HOA or COA association. Although you’re passionate about caring for your community, there are seldom enough hours in the day to dedicate to Board work.

Tidewater eases the burden of work for your Board of Directors, and acts as a voice for your residents and the Board. Our job is to carry out your decisions, put Progress in Motion, and make you (the Board of Directors) look good.

Qualifications & Accreditations

Our managers are trained and experienced in all areas of property management. They continue their professional education through advanced management courses from the Community Association Institute (CAI) to obtain the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designations.
