Marc I. Greenberg is a graduate of the University of Maryland and both a Certified Manager of Community Associations and an Accredited Management Specialist. He specializes in turning over new developments to its residents and establishing and creating new communities.

Gianna M. Rahmani has been working in the property management industry since 2001. Once a licensed Realtor in California, she is now a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and holds degrees in both Business Software Applications and Web Administration & Design. At Tidewater, she directs the Administrative and Accounting Teams.

Jessica Ogle, Accounting Manager
Jessica Ogle has been overseeing the accounts of Tidewater clients since 2002. Her work revolves around customer service, analyzing financial information for both homeowners and members of the Board of Directors. She also heads the Accounting Team.

Jillian Bokey, Administrative Manager
Jillian Bokey is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Business Management. She has over three years of experience in administrative support and customer service. Jillian has been a member of the Tidewater Family since January 2009 - she manages the Administrative Team in addition to being the executive assistant to Tidewater's President and Vice President.

Debra Bell has a reputation for exceptional service to clients. She currently is a licensed Realtor, Notary Public, a Certified Manager of Community Associations, and an Accredited Management Specialist. With more than 10 years in the Real Estate field, a developer-based background, and construction experience, Debra has the knowledge and experience to manage any community.

Frank A. Valentine, Property Manager
Frank A. Valentine comes to Tidewater with a broad experience in community association management, beginning in 1993. He is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), an Association Management Specialist (AMS®), and a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®). Frank has experience in managing all types of communities from 8 units to over 1,000 units, and from cooperatives to master associations with budgets from $30,000 to $5,000,000.

Matthew Merckel, Property Manager
Matthew Merckel is a graduate of Buffalo State University and has over 3 years of experience in Portfolio Management. He is a Certified Manager of Community Associations whose dedication and motivation benefit all of his communities.

Mordy Weimer, Property Manager
Mordy Weimer completed his training at New York University as a Real Estate Manager. He has also completed course work from the Community Associations Institute in order to receive their Certified Manager of Community Association and Accredited Management Specialist designations. He currently holds an active Maryland Real Estate Salesperson's license as well. Mordy has worked for the past six years as a property manager at Real Estate Companies in New York City and the Baltimore area.

Rick Jordan, Property Manager
Rick Jordan has over eight years experience in residential property management including independent company ownership. He currently manages a portfolio of community associations including condominiums and planned unit developments. He holds the Certified Manager of Community Association and Accredited Management Specialist designations with the Community Associations Institute and a Maryland Real Estate Agent license.

Theresa Prochaska, Property Manager
Theresa Prochaska is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and has worked in the real estate and construction field for over 10 years. She brings extensive experience to the table in new construction as well as overall property management. Her customer service skills allow her to connect and understand the needs from within her community associations.
