Homeowner Associations:

(HOA Law requires the Seller of a home to provide the Buyer with the Association's governing documents.)

Complete Resale Package (Docs, Most Recent Budget, Balance Sheet/Income Statements, HOA Resale Certificate, Cover Letter) $175*

All Resale Packages, except "Complete Set of Docs", generally have a 5-7 business day turn around time. To have them marked as a priority, there will be an additional charge of $25.
Complete Set of Docs already have a normal 1-2 business day turn around time.
Unfortunately, turn around times cannot be guaranteed.

*Also, I understand that, if the Condominium/HOA has a Master Association, there is an extra $25 fee for Complete Resale Packages or Complete Set of Docs.
